Refund policy

Our policy does not accept cancellations once your order is paid. If when you receive the product you find any type of manufacturer's defect, damage or you received the wrong merchandise, you can contact us immediately via email colorsbyvigi1220@hotmail.com and you will receive instructions to start the return process. If your order is eligible for an exchange, a credit for the total amount paid will be issued and may be redeemed within the next 30 days.

Nuestra política no acepta cancelaciones una vez su orden esté paga.
